Tulsi Garden

This Garden (Udyan) is situated on National Highway in the city of Ayodhya. Earlier the garden was known as Victoria Park where a statue of Queen Victoria was established by British. In 1960, Shri V.V. Giri, the Governor of UP, renamed the park as Tulsi Udyan after the name of Goswami Tulsidas, the great poet of Shri Ram Charit Manas epic and a grand statue of that great soul got established there. At present, management of this Udyan is under control of Udyan Vibhag, Govt. of UP.



Rishabhdeo Raj Ghat Udyan

This garden was open to public on 2-9-1989 and is one of the most well maintained gardens of Ayodhya situated on the bank of Saryu river at Raj Ghat. A 21 feet tall statue of Shri Rishabh Deo Ji, in the position of Padmasan was erected at this garden on 20th February, 1995 which forms the focal attraction of the garden.

Ram Ki Paidi

Ram ki Paidi is situated near Nayaghat on the bank of Saryu. Many years,ago there were Pakka Ghats constructed at this place which were buried in the current of river. In the year of 1984-85, Shri Shripati Mishra, the then Chief Minister of UP and Shri Vir Bahadur Singh, the then Irrigation Minister of UP ordered to construct a Paidi here. Water in the Paidi is being fetched from Saryu by Motor Pumps. The management of the Paidi is under control of Flood Works Division, Irrigation Department, UP. Government, India.



Ram Katha Park

This was constructed about 2 years ago where a huge Open Air Theatre has been constructed where various cultural programs and other public gatherings are organised.
